Meet your local guide at your hotel - your food adventure begins!

At 6:00 PM, your tour guide will greet you at your hotel or the address you’ve provided in the city. Before setting off, you’ll receive a brief safety orientation on how to stay comfortably and safely on the back of a motorbike in Vietnam. Then, the food adventure begins! Feel the energy of the Mekong’s rush hour as you blend in with the locals. Ride through the city’s main streets before turning into hidden alleys where you’ll discover a side of Can Tho most visitors never see, filled with quirky sights and authentic local life.

On the ride to taste Mekong street foods

After a short 20 -30 minute ride around the city, ride through Cantho’s colorful night market, we’ll arrive at a local eatery loved by the locals.
Here, you’ll not only taste authentic dishes but also hear their stories and cultural meanings from your guide — and learn how to enjoy them like a true local. You will try “Bánh Cống” (Can Tho’s signature fried shrimp cake), Bánh tráng nướng – crispy grilled rice paper, and “Gỏi cuốn” – fresh spring rolls – each showcasing the flavorful essence of Mekong cuisine.

Food & local beer
