FAQs

We’ve answered some of the most common questions below. If you have any other inquiries, don’t hesitate to contact us!

Frequently asked questions

  • TRAVEL GUIDES
  • PAYMENT & POLICY

From where does the food tour depart?

We offer FREE pick-up and drop-off at your hotel in Ho Chi Minh City and the Mekong Delta. Just let us know your location, and we’ll be happy to assist you.

How many people can join the food tour?

The smaller the group, the better the taste. That’s why we host up to 15 guests per street food tour.

I am a solo traveler. Can I still book your tours?

Absolutely YES! You can join fellow travelers on the same tour, or choose a private option. If you prefer a private experience, contact us for a quote.

What kind of vehicles do you use on the tours?

Three ways to explore, endless memories: walk with your guide, cycle through hidden streets, or hop on the back of their motorbike for a cultural and street food journey.

Do I drive the motorbike on the tour?

For everyone’s safety and insurance requirements, guests may not drive our motorbikes.

I am bigger than the average Vietnamese locals. Can your drivers carry me?

Yes, for sure! Every local guide passes a strict driving test before being hired, so you can ride with complete confidence and peace of mind.

How about the motorbike tour if it rains?

Rain or shine, the adventure goes on!
Our local guide will meet you at your hotel and update you on the tour status right on time. If you’re not staying at a hotel, just give us a call or text us via WhatsApp (+84) 3999 78735 before the start time.

If it’s only a light drizzle and the roads are safe, we’ll continue as planned — plus, we’ve got free raincoats for everyone.

Should heavy rain hit during the tour and we need to stop, we’ll book a taxi to take you safely back to your hotel. You’ll only pay for the time you’ve already enjoyed.

Honestly, many of our guests love the unique charm of exploring in the rain! But if you prefer to avoid sightseeing in light rain, we suggest skipping motorbike tours in Vietnam. Our standard cancellation policy applies to last-minute cancellations in these cases.

Are Vietnamese street foods safe?

We can’t promise your stomach will instantly fall in love with every Vietnamese street food dish but we’ll give it the best chance!
When booking, just let us know about any dietary preferences or food allergies. We’ll handpick the most suitable dishes for you.

Our food stops are chosen with great care and meet strict hygiene standards, so you can focus on eating, exploring, and having fun!

Are the tours safe for any age?

Yes! Our tours are designed for everyone – from kids to grandparents.

What should I wear and bring on the tours?

Dress comfortably – the tropical climate here is often hot. For women, we recommend avoiding short skirts or long dresses, as they can be inconvenient when getting on and off motorbikes.

For safety, please leave valuable jewelry and belongings at your hotel. We also suggest limiting the use of cameras and phones while riding. If you’d like to take photos, simply let your guide know – they’ll be happy to stop at a safe spot so you can capture great shots with peace of mind.

How can I get a price quote for my private tour?

For a private street food tour? Chat on WhatsApp, or call directly to Hotline (+84) 3999 787 35. Our friendly team will send you a personalized quote right away.

How and in what currency do I have to pay?

We accept payments in both VND & USD. Tour prices on our website are shown in USD, with VND amounts calculated using the exchange rate on your travel day.

Do I need to deposit to book the tour?

Yes, a 50% deposit is required.
Unfortunately, we’ve had guests cancel at the last minute after we had already booked all services. To ensure commitment from both sides, we require a non-refundable deposit of the tour price. We hope you understand that this small deposit helps support those of us working hard in the service industry.
